Pretty self explainig.
By playing around with the Loottables, I've noticed that there's
none for Vexes.
I'm guessing, that this is a bug, since even mobs like Endermites or Bats (which don't have any Loot in Vanilla) do have at least the JSON-file for their Loottable.

16w41a is not outdated. I can create a bug for 16w41a. And I wanted to prove it was in 16w41a.
Yes, 16w41a is outdated. It is a snapshot version older than 16w42a. That means it's outdated. What you can input into the "Affected Versions" field does not necessarily represent the latest version. The latest version is 16w42a. It is not 16w41a. Do not confirm for outdated versions in the future.

Yes this is a problem see http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Loot_table§ion=5#List_of_loot_tables then scroll down to Vex. It is saying there is one.
