comparator doesn't update when a shulker box is dispensed

I know there has been some problemms with redstone but I think this one needs to be solved.

When you place a shulker box with stuff inside next to a comparator it will give a redstone output. Although if the shulker box is placed by a dispenser,
the comparator won't get updated.
