[MC-109568] Cannot drag all held items

When you fully drag all items (so your cursor is empty and all items are split into 1 item stacks) and then un-press the mouse button, all split items will come back to the cursor

Same here. Even stranger, just crafted items can't be placed in my inventory right away. :/

Almost definitely related to the new change "0 Stack Items".
I can't find a proper source from the changelog, but Gamepedia wiki has this:

Stacks
There is no longer an item stack of 0 when using the drag function to craft items.

This started in 16w44a.
