[MC-109663] Tamed dogs attack tamed cats

My Cat and my Wolf were both in a boat, so I tried to hit the boat to get them out. Unfortunately, I accidentally hit my cat when trying to destroy the boat, and to my horror, my Wolf killed it off. If wolves do not attack tamed horses, they shouldn't be able to attack tamed cats either.

Yes its still there in 1.11.2. However i think it is intended behaviour since the dog should kill something that the players attack. Although this is an unfortunate effect since attacking a cat could be because you want it to get of a chest.
