Left click problem

I have updated my minecraft version to 16w44a. When I'm playing on my server (and solo world) and I want to move something in my inventory or in a chest, I use left click to take it but I need to click times and times to put it in a different place.
My mouse is perfectly working on other games, so I suppose it is due to minecraft snapshot. I went back to 16w43a and there were no problems.
