I tried to join a multiplayer server it said contact server admins but I am one

I tried to join over and over and it just kept crashing each time

2. Start joining server
3. then it starts going crazy just constant crash

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.11.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
