[MC-11048] Crash whilst riding minecart on dog.

I stacked a few entities:
Dog
Minecart
w/ dog at the bottom.

I rided the minecart and it started moving infinitly.

Coming out of the minecart causes a crash

Confirmed in 13w11a. I don't understand what you mean by "moving infinitely", but I got the crash.
