Occasionally after I travel through my nether portal to the nether, i experience some extreme "rubber banding" as though I am skidding across the ground. This stays after I go back to the overworld, and won't go away unless I reload the world.

Occasionally after I travel through my nether portal to the nether, i experience some extreme "rubber banding" as though I am skidding across the ground. This stays after I go back to the overworld, and won't go away unless I reload the world.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to be able to walk normally.

What actually happened was...:
I "rubber banded" very quickly and was barely able to walk.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go through a nether portal from the overworld
2. Walk forward (This is where it starts bugging)
3. Go back through same portal (or another portal, they both work)
4. Walk forward (Still bugging, this is where i relogged)
