Missing woodland mansion

I created a new world the day of the 1.11 release. Having got a woodland explorer map, I downloaded the realm backup, loaded it singleplayer and went to the location of the mansion - there's nothing there!

Creating a new game locally with the same seed, the mansion is there.

The attached screen shots are from the realm game and show the location + seed.
