When in multiplayer tab if you scroll up/down and you put your mouse where you normally find your ping it would show the ping when the server is off-screen.
Environment
Multiplayer Tab
steps to re-create
1.open minecraft 1.11
2.press multiplayer tab
3.have a server list that has a scroll bar
4.scroll up or down
5.move mouse to where you see your ping and you will see a visual glitch where you can still see your ping when the server isnt on screen
