[MC-1109] Hunger bars being depleted quickly.

If you are standing on the boat, your hunger bar will deplete by half, per second.

Can't reproduce, have tried sitting in a boat in water, sitting in a boat on land, and standing on a boat in both situations. Didn't lose a single hunger bar.
