The game keeps crashing... Don't know what else you want me to put here. This is the 4th time in less than 2 days that I've tried to get this resolved. Instead you people REFUSE to assist at all!

These are NOT resolved. Stop marking them as so. I understand you people don't want to do anything. But come on! I don't know what part of your listed steps didn't work you don't understand. But I would like this addressed!!!!!
