Whenever one player loading chunks in any Minecraft server, from 1.9+ version , chunk loading is just horrible. If in server there would be one player, and he would load new chunks, Server would crash. That is how horrible 1.9+ chunk loading. I don't know what have you done, but I want 1.8 chunk loading. And as fast as possible.
