[MC-11116] Wet Tilled Dirt Randomly Turns Into Dirt Block Even When Plant Is On It On Server

Tilled dirt will just go away even when wet AND has a plant on it. Includes wheat, carrots, paotatoes, pumpkins and melon stems.

Be sure that:

there is sufficient lighting for the plant
nothing has jumped/landed onto the tilled dirt
that the dirt remain wet (it may dry if water source is not close enough, or if it was wet by rain)

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.
