Only Butchers and Blacksmiths! Backward heads!

So... I create a new world, with the 1.11 version, I found a village and there was only Butchers and blacksmiths. Find a other village, same thing. Went to a 3rd, and again, only butchers and blacksmiths. There must be a Bug somewhere. (Cause this is the first time!) When I do a other world, it's fine. Like what?! But mostly, the skull Item is backwards in the Inventory, it's kinda weird.
