Whenever I press the Windows key, or |Ξ|, (Sorry for horrible ASCII) it minimizes the screen to a small window! but in 1.9 and under, it just pops up my start screen normally. so its 1.10 and up. anybody else have this problem?

Is this happening when your window is maximized or when you are playing in fullscreen mode? Or what do you mean by "it minimizes the screen to a small window"?
