I just want to point out that my English is not so good I have to translate it mostly via Google. :/

You certainly have but some people who may be able to speak German or some good translation machines that you can write eg texts with German or French Why do not I understand English that I do not. ?
The game translations are community translated, not by mojang.
Because Mojang doesn't speak most languages, only English is supported on this tracker, and generally when you're on a site that has many users of different languages, you'd select a language most people know for the site. Wich is mostly English.
