Minecraft keeps on losing focus

When playing minecraft for a while no matter if it's modded or vanilla, my minecraft client's icon would start flashing in the bottom like this https://youtu.be/YE6ACEvd2fg or the one below. When it does(it's kinda random, works fine for 10min, and then ti doesn't work for 30min. When it starts, it repeats every second or so.), I lose my fullscreen if I'm in fullscreen and focus(mouse hold) in any mode, which is annoying if I appear to be mining obsidian. I don't think the problem is causing any external program, because in video above I'm running windows in SAFE MODE. Can you please tell me, why is that happening, is it or it isn't a bug and if it's my fault, minecraft's or java's.
Thank you

What's in your Game Output Console while having this issue ?

As far as i've seen, there is no specific output to the console, but I'll check when i get home... In few hours. Ok?

So the output I got after around an hour of "unfocusing" while playing

Are you on a wireless network?

This is known behaviour with some wireless drivers.
If you search for the lose focus issue in google you will see examples of it.

TPG-Link is a program that handles wireless connections instead of the normal windows wireless and will cause this. There are probably other similar programs that do the same. I do believe this loads as a driver, so safemode won't stop it from loading.

I'm not on wireless, I'm connected to LAN network via Ethernet cable

Please check if the latest development snapshot 17w43b fixes your issue.
