if you summon a creeper with a radius of 2 when it explodes the particles will still be the same as with a regular creeper
steps to reproduce:
step 1
spawn creeper with radius of 2*
step 2
ignite said creeper
step 3
observe bug
here is command for summoning creeper:
/summon creeper ~ ~ ~ {ExplosionRadius:2}
