[MC-111992] Woodland Mansion completly failed to spawn.

We played for a long time, several weeks together, and when we finally got the woodland mansion map, we find its broken and did not spawn. Waste of time and money both at this point. because now we have to start a whole new world if we hope to have every part of game played.

also noticed because I was worried it might be affected... our fortress did not spawn either so we can never go to the end..

I have villages, wells, desert temples.. but I also went to the fortress location where the nether portal can spawn, and nothing I dug out half the ground
