Linux Fullscreen Issue

Playing Minecraft in fullscreen. I alt+tab to a different window. The desktop environment and the other window display correctly, but are unresponsive. I can't click anything, because all of my click input is still being sent to Minecraft. I am able to alt+tab back into Minecraft.

This does not happen in windowed mode.

This does not happen in any other fullscreen game.
