[MC-112806] he don't start minecraft

What I expected to happen was...:
that minecraft go starting so I can play

What actually happened was...:
from the laugher to minecraft crashed it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I press play he was going to load
2. he crashed

Environment

OS: Windows 8 (ver 6.2, arch amd64)
Java: 1.8.0_25 (by Oracle Corporation)
Launcher: Minecraft Launcher 1.6.73 (bootstrap 100)
Minecraft: 1.11.2 (updated Fri Jan 20 16:55:32 CET 2017)

Can't Launch Minecraft with the new or Old Launcher. For all Versions of Minecraft even when using Local Java Version. This is on Windows 10 and tried using compatibility mode. I press play and getting a bad launch code
