Unable to start any Minecraft Version, old or recent.

On Windows 10, I wasn't able to start any minecraft version after an failed update attempt. My Windows Update was corrupted and my files were getting corrupted so I decided to backup what I can and format my drive and go back to Windows 8.1. But it didn't fix the problem, I'm still getting the same error with the same exit code. The exit code is -1073740791. The only log that I have is VERY short. I tried multiple times to uninstall Minecraft and java but it did'nt fixed the error. Please help.
