Minecraft Realms connection lost issue

When attempting to play Minecraft Realms, randomly at any time I lose connection and get a connection lost error
The errors are either;

Internal Exception:io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException:Java.util.zip.DataFormatException: incorrect header check

or

Internal Exception:io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet size - Size of 47 is smaller than server minimum of 256

I do not know how to fix this and I cannot find an actual way to trigger the bug, it just only happens at complete random and only on Minecraft Realms not any normal multiplayer server. Please help.
