Im on a macbook and when you look secertin ways my hand turns black can you please fix this because it gets annoying while playing with other but take your time trying to fix it. It does't do it on Windows.

You clearly didn't enable the debug screen. Please read http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Debug_screen and provide screenshots with the debug screen enabled.
