Horse jump bar extends past the right most edge when at maximum

The bug

When in third person and riding a horse, holding jump and waiting for the bar to reach maximum, the bar fills up to 1 pixel past the rightmost edge when at full, rather than stopping right at the end. Notice in the picture that the black border at the right side of the bar is thicker.
