[MC-113785] Beacon beam animation is buggy

The beacon beam in the first 1.12 snapshot does not render unless you go within 5 or so blocks.

Cannot confirm either. If you post the screenshots as requested by @unknown, make sure to enable the debug screen (hit the f3 key).

Sorry for the late addition. Hopefully this helps, may just be an issue with my PC, forgot to open debug screen when the bug was occurring.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.
