Exit Code -1073740791 for all versions

Hi, I just started up mc and it gave me exit code -1073740791. I'm not sure what that means and mc has never given me a exit code. This is affecting all versions.

Launcher:

The game didn't give me a crash report and I reinstalled mc but, but it didn't work.
