Minecraft crashes before it can even launch

Minecraft simply crashes the second it launches and gives this error report
"[22:16:57] [Client thread/INFO]: Setting user: Kysuni
[22:16:58] [Client thread/INFO]: LWJGL Version: 2.9.4"
This happens to me on all versions, and i have updated every one of my intel / nvidia drivers, as well as java, uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft several times. It doesn't seem to matter if it is modded or vanilla, it still crashes in the same manner. The only thing i haven't done is factory reset the pc.

pc specs: i7-6700hq, gtx 960m, 16gb crucial ram, 500gb sandisk ssd
