Blue "survival" tab in creative inventory

you have to provide you client log, provide the text from the file in [your mc file location]/logs/[date]
ex: if it was on feb. 20 2017 it would be [mc dir]/log/2017-02-[num].log.gz
if it is in the log.gz format unzip it with winzip or 7zip, or if you haven't opend your client agin it will be latest.log

or provide text from the "Minecraft Game Output"

or how to reproduce it,

you cant just say "I HAVE AN ISSUE PLEASE SOLVE IT" without saying what you did to do it.

and for all we know you could have a texture pack on

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
