[MC-114146] Hello, my launcher won't load and I cant play minecraft!!!

What I expected to happen was that it would open and let me play

What actually happened was that it just stopped

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft
2. Click play
3. It stops

I had the same issue. There is nothing to attach because Minecraft itself never launches: hence, no crash report. Unless there is a crash report for the launcher itself, which I know nothing about...
