[MC-11460] Minecraft Will Not Play in Browser on Mac

Minecraft will not play in browser. I have tested this on Firefox and Safari. It creates the attached crash report.

This is not a duplicate, it is separate. Besides, MC-998 has been closed so nobody can vote it. This needs to be fixed but the report you sent a link to cannot be brought to the attention of the developers.

As stated in MC-998 Java 7 and LWJGL currently do not work properly on Macs and there is nothing Mojang can do about it.
