[MC-114763] The process can not access the file because it is being used by another process

Hello

When i was trying to install version 1.11.2, an error shows ''The process can not access the file because it is being used by another process''. What i should do to play this game? I have removed the process but the game does not want to run. Under the description is photo with this error.

I'm counting for fast and effective help. Thanks for read that message

after close AV is still the same problem

this still didn't work it says there is no folder/file there and i tried deleting AVG but it shows no results im really out of options and i literally just got minecraft yesterday
