When i go to launch 17w13a update it just crashes

I have the same problem on a 32bit Windows 7 environment, this is the crashlog which I'm getting:

At first thought I can't help wonder if this might be caused by 32bit vs. 64bit. Also because of the header of that stacktrace:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Unable to load library 'SAPIWrapper_x64': Native library (win32-x86/SAPIWrapper_x64.dll) not found in resource path

(edited to add pastebin link, seems better readable to me)

I got the same issue on my laptop (64bit), 'Unable to load library 'SAPIWrapper_x64'. It might have something to do with the 64bit, but on my pc (also 64bit) it does work. I also attached my crashreport.

This is a duplicate of MC-114878, please go there now.

Re-download all game files via the launcher. It will fix the problem. I fixed it with this method on Windows, HMCL.
