I confirmed this! I threw out
1*Iron Shovel
1*Diamond Pickaxe
1*Stone Shovel
1*Diamond Axe
1*Golden Axe
And after I pecked them up, the Iron Shovel duplicated.

After I removed the duplicated Iron Shovel, I threw them out twice and the Diamond Pickaxe duplicated. Such high frequency. Fix it as early as possible!
