Invisible signs

Originally placed a standing sign and noticed it was invisible, proceeded to place another sign on the wall and noticed it was invisible as well. The hitbox for both the wall sign and standing sign are still visible, as shown in the screenshots. (If it matters I created this world on the previous snapshot.)

I apologize if the issue was already reported.
