[MC-115124] Outdated Server (17w13b - same version as client)

Using snapshot 17w13b client (tested on windows and mac) cannot connect to a 17w13b server, reason given is "Outdated server!".

How to reproduce?

I have working 17w13b server and client, can join the server.

Apologies, I had set it up a long time ago behind a bungeecord server. I simply updated it and started it without realising what I had experimented with previously.
