Helmet disappears when using crafting helper

So recently I updated my private server to the latest snapshot and everytime I use the crafting helper to find recipes my helmet disappears. To reproduce this you could simply put a helmet on your head (I tested every helmet, they all seem to disappear) then use the crafting helper and simply press on the stick (for example) to get the recipe and you will immediately see that your helmet is gone
