Some pixels are missing in the crafting helper UI.

The tabs on the side of the crafting helper UI are missing a few pixels. They should be connected to the rest of the UI (like in the creative mode inventory) but they aren't. Here are some pictures demonstrating the bug and showing a fix for it.

recipe_book.png is the edited texture where I added the missing pixels to the tab.
