[MC-115270] Can use /publish to host multiple LAN worlds

You can use /publish multiple times in the same world and that in turn causes Minecraft to freeze when trying to close the world.

It allows me to create multiple LAN worlds but it doesnt freeze when I close the world

The freeze is probably MC-72943 and does not happen for everyone.

Just as @unknown said, the game doesn't freeze. Can confirm for MC 1.12.1.

At least in 18w03a this appears to be fixed, trying to use /publish after the world has already been opened to LAN shows "Multiplayer game is already hosted on port [PORT]".
