Hello, Im just trying buy this game but I cant create account !!!
this happen all time, im trying buy it for 3 days.
browser: firefox, chrome, IE... all give same error.
Well I can play all my games online, all steam games online, only it I cant at least create a simple account.

This issue doesn't affect Minecraft. Duplicate of WEB-765
How dont affect ? I cant buy if I havent a account. And I cant creat a account... no account no buy... sad 😞
Account issue, not a bug. You can try customer support.

I have the same problem, but it created the account with an error saying "We created your account but unable to log you in". I tried logging in with the newly created account but it just says "An error prevented your request from being processed. Please try again."
I've tried over 20 times and still can't loggin to buy. Please help!
