New crafting interface deletes items from crafting table

The new crafting interface will delete items from a crafting table. Here's one way to do it:

• Place logs into a crafting table

• Click the book for the new crafting interface

• Find the entry for planks. It needs to have a red border (not unlocked?).

• Click it, and it will cycle to different types of wood.

When it switches to planks of a different wood type, the item count of the logs put into the crafting interface is reduced to 1. I had put 64 in there, and 63 of them were deleted.
