(PC VERSION ) I have only made one bed but somewhere between sleeping/picking up my bed in hardcore/singleplayer it seems to make a legitimate duplicate of itself in my inventory.

i have almost the same issue....
if i break a block i get sometimes 2 blocks instead of 1.
