If the parrot is spawned with spawn egg after the musik starts they won't dance
1. place jukebox
2. start musik
3. spawn parrots near jukebox

It also happens when you leave the chunk so you dont see them anymore, or when re-log also or if the music end they keep Dancing, and also if they are sitting they shaking in Directions, and sometimes they dont Depends which direction your looking. (also they dont Dance on your shoulder but it will be fun if they have some shoulder animation too also when non Dancing)
