[MC-115519] Upgrading from 17w13b to 17w14a Caused All Recipes to Disappear

After updating my game from 17w13b to 17w14a, all my recipes have disappeared, although items can still be crafted.

Loaded a backup of the game and upgraded again to 17w14a and recipes were gone.

Only problem now is that you have to recall all the recipes and then craft them before the recipes show up. Gathering resources does not enable recipes.
