Recipe book increases item placed in the crafting grid all the way to item duplication

Repeatedly selecting a craftable recipe and then selecting a non-craftable recipe in the Recipe Book gradually increases the amount of item placed in the crafting grid when the craftable recipe is selected.

This increase will continue even beyond the amount of item the player has, in which item duplication would occur.

Occurs on both shaped and shapeless crafting, and on both orders (both craftable->non-craftable and non-craftable->craftable
