Parrots are only in the Snapshot releases right now.

To enable playing on Snapshots with the new launcher do the following:

Click on 'Launch Options'

Move the 'Enable Snapshots' slider to green

Click on 'News'

Click the arrow beside play.

Scroll thru the boxes that come up when you click the arrow and find the one that says 'Latest Snapshot'

This should read '17w14a - Latest Snapshot' (Snapshot version may change in future)

Hit play and you should be able to find parrots in the world now in jungles. Use Cookies to tame them.

Regards,

Nigel
