Bed becomes invisible when upgrading world from 1.11.2 (Or older) to 17w15a

Upgrading world from 1.11.2 to 17w15a will cause bed to become invisible until you left-click the bed.

What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing really happens to bed at all. since it will reset their bed color and change the bed color to white

What actually happened was...:
The bed become invisible after upgrading world from 1.11.2 to 17w15a.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Creative World in the latest release not the snapshot.
2. Place a bed
3. Quit Minecraft
4. Now load the world in the latest snapshot you have previously created in the latest release.
