Total failure to launch after repeated Java SE binary platform errors

Hi, have been having constant issues with minecraft on pc for weeks. Started by getting halfway through launch screen and showing Java SE binary platform error messages which stopped load, this was an intermittent issue. When it prevented play altogether, I uninstalled and reinstalled, which stopped the error from showing again for a few days. Today the error reappears preventing play. Did another uninstall and reinstall, didn't work, did a system restore, didn't help. Now it doesn't even reach the launch screen, just shows a blank screen with nothing happening at all as shown in attachment. This is doing my head in. I need to play. What the hell do I try now?
