Status effects aren't displayed in inventory when recipe book is open

Is this being worked on? I know its still an issue in 1.16.3

I'd like to request ownership of this ticket since the current reporter has been inactive since April 2017. I'm willing to provide all of the necessary information and will keep this report updated.

@Avoma I have not been inactive, but i have remained observant of the goings of this report and another which was resolved in 1.16. Plus there is not really much more info to be added the bug is very clear. My suggestion would have been to simply move the display of the status effects to the right side of the inventory. But this is no gamebreaking bug of any kind so I understand the non-priority of this report.

@unknown The fix only applies to the players inventory screen not the crafting table so this bug is fixed
